The verdict on Cauvery water sharing has failed to deliver an amicable solution and created fresh discontent in the neighboring states.
If India and Pakistan can learn to give and take on Indus, why can’t Tamil Nadu and Karnataka do the same over Cauvery? Or Tamil Nadu and Kerala over Mullaperiyar?
